Int his training we honour the light within each of us, allowing old protective layers to soften as we explore the realms of soul-level listening, polarity, archetypes, and the paradoxes of our human nature. 1. Weekly Online Sessions
Engage in weekly online sessions. These experiences are designed to invoke your highest inspiration, challenge your edges, and invite powerful transformational encounters. You will also have lots of opportunities to practice leading Circling, receiving feedback to refine your leadership skills. And we’ll be diving deep into Surrendered Leadership.
2. Personalized Coaching Program
Receive 5 hours of private, individualized coaching with senior leaders, focusing on what matters most in your life. Uncover new potentials, resolve past limitations, and align with your unique leadership calling.
3. Weekly Circling Leadership Practice
Engage in weekly practice with fellow SAS participants—both leading and being led in Circling—to deepen your embodiment of presence, relational awareness, and leadership.
4. Cutting-Edge Curriculum
Explore an extensive range of learning materials designed to expand your understanding and application of Circling across life, culture, and consciousness. The curriculum includes background information, practices, art, poetry, film, and more, each offering a new dimension to your growth.
5. Monthly Online Quad Sessions
Practice your Circling leadership within a smaller group, receiving direct feedback and support from the team to further refine your skills.
6. Live Theory into Practice Sessions
These live sessions delve into rich themes like trauma awareness, boundaries, and integrating emotions like anger, with guided practices that invite deep personal and collective transformation.

Since 2013, hundreds have walked this path, most reporting profound personal growth and unfoldment. Many describe it as one of the most life-changing experiences they’ve encountered, bringing lasting shifts in how they relate to themselves and the world.
