A Space for Intentional Alignment
The Intention Alignment Ceremony is a half-day, individual retreat in which we slow down together and listen more deeply to what is wanting to emerge in your life.
Through a relational and embodied coaching process, we bring clarity to the intention that is most alive for you right now. Could be in your work, relationships, or way of being.
From here, we create a supportive inner and relational environment in which this intention can begin to settle, integrate, and unfold.
Rather than striving to make something happen, we orient towards alignment:
with your deeper knowing,
your embodied sense of truth,
and the intelligence that becomes available when we are present and regulated.
During Our Time Together
We will:
Clarify the intention that is calling for your attention
Sense into what may be supporting or inhibiting its unfolding
Create an energetic container in which this intention can rest, take shape and receive support
Explore how you can relate to it in a way that supports integration in daily life
You will also receive guidance on how to stay in contact with your intention and the container in the weeks that follow, allowing it to inform your choices, attention, and direction over time.
The Process
Pre-session intake
A short questionnaire to support our focus.
Two-hour individual session
Online or in person (Amsterdam).
Follow-up check-in
A 30-minute call one week later to support integration.
